Digital marketing agency in Toronto
Search, AI visibility, paid media, social and lifecycle email run by one team on one strategy, with a written list of what we hand to somebody else.

The usual arrangement is three vendors. An SEO agency, a paid shop, someone's cousin on social. Each reports on the metric it controls, nobody reports on the number you care about, and every quarterly review turns into an argument about attribution that none of the three can settle.
We run the whole funnel with one team on one strategy, and publish where that ends. Five search and AI disciplines, plus Google Ads, Meta and remarketing, plus social management, plus email and lifecycle. Eight things, executed here, not subcontracted.
One retainer covers all of it at $1,999 CAD a month, month to month, with weekly reporting and a monthly strategy call. Ad spend is not inside that fee. The platforms bill you directly and you keep ownership of every account, which is the arrangement you want whether or not we are the agency in twelve months.
At a glance
Eight disciplines, one owner
Generative Engine Optimization, entity architecture, semantic SEO, technical SEO, LLM visibility monitoring, paid media, social management, and email and lifecycle. All run by the same team, off the same plan.
Paid stops buying what you own
The people running your Google Ads can see your organic positions, so campaigns stop bidding on terms you already rank first for. That single overlap is the most common waste in a split-vendor setup.
The account keys stay yours
Ads accounts, analytics, business profiles and domains stay in your name, with us added as users. Spend is billed to you by the platforms. No markup on media, no account we can hold hostage.
A written boundary
Digital PR, video production, community management and formal CRO testing programmes are set up and coordinated, not run by us. That list is published rather than discovered in month three.
What "full-funnel" means here, precisely
Executed in-house: the five search and AI disciplines, Google Ads, Meta, remarketing, day-to-day social management, and email and lifecycle campaigns. Executed means our team logs in and does the work, and the person doing it sits in the same weekly call as the person who owns your organic.
Coordinated but not executed: digital PR, video and YouTube production, community management, formal CRO testing programmes, and reputation and review operations. We write the strategy, brief the specialist and hold the timeline. We do not claim the hands-on delivery, because we would be claiming a capability we have not built.
Not offered at all: website design, website development, WordPress work and platform migrations. If your site needs rebuilding before any of this pays off, we will say so in the audit and you should hire a developer, not us.
Why one team beats three vendors, and when it does not
The argument for consolidating is not a discount. It is that channel decisions stop being made in isolation. Paid stops bidding on head terms you rank first for. Social and email inherit the entity and messaging work rather than inventing their own. The prompt panel that tracks whether AI engines name you feeds the content plan instead of sitting in a separate deck nobody opens.
The argument against is real too, and worth hearing before you sign anything. A specialist paid shop spending eight hours a day inside Google Ads will beat a generalist on pure account management. If paid search is 80% of your acquisition and you have the volume to justify a dedicated agency for it, hire one. Consolidation wins when no single channel dominates and the coordination cost is where your money is actually leaking.
What our published results cover, and what they do not
Four case studies, all with the client's own Search Console figures and the source period stated. Osoba Renos, a GTA renovation contractor: clicks up 56.1% on the most recent three months against the prior three, brand queries at position 1, four non-branded service and near-me queries on page one. Valve Appliance Repair: impressions up 631% and clicks up 331% in seven weeks, at an average position still in the high twenties and a low click-through rate, which is a young site surfacing broadly and converting almost none of it. We publish that one because week seven looks like week seven.
Every one of those four is a search and AI engagement. Paid, social and lifecycle run for current clients across the retainer, but nothing from those channels is published or client-verified yet, so there is no multi-channel case study on this site and we are not going to describe one until there is.
If a proven full-funnel track record is your deciding criterion, that is a fair reason to pick somebody else, and you should ask every agency on your list for it rather than taking ours on trust.
How an engagement usually starts
Most begin with the $2,000 full website and marketing audit: every template reviewed rather than a sample, channel strategy, a prioritised backlog with effort estimates and owners, a 90-day plan, a 12-month roadmap and a measurement plan. Three business days from the day access lands.
It is deliberately never bundled with the implementation. An agency that has already sold you twelve months of remediation has a reason to find remediation-shaped problems, and the only way to remove that incentive is to price the diagnosis separately. Take the document elsewhere if you want to. If you do start a retainer within 60 days, the fee comes off month one.
There is also a $299 CAD a month self-serve tier that reports on visibility without any execution work, for teams that want the scoreboard and already have the hands.
Digital marketing agency in Toronto: common questions
Do you replace our current agencies or work alongside them?
Either. Where a specialist is genuinely outperforming, keeping them and coordinating around them is usually the better call, and we will say so rather than pitch for their scope. Where three vendors are duplicating each other and arguing about attribution, consolidating is the point. The audit is normally what settles which situation you are in, because it looks at every channel before anyone proposes a structure.
Is ad spend included in the $1,999?
No. Google, Meta and any other platform bill you directly for media, and the accounts stay in your name with us added as users. The retainer is the management fee for all eight disciplines. We do not mark up media or take a percentage of spend, because both arrangements pay an agency more for spending more of your money.
Do you build websites?
No. LumiRank does not sell web design, web development, WordPress work or platform migrations, and we do not subcontract them either. We specify what needs to change at template level and hand that to whoever maintains your site. If the honest finding is that the site needs rebuilding first, the audit says so and names it as a developer's job.
What is genuinely not done in-house?
Digital PR, video and YouTube production, community management, formal CRO testing programmes, and reputation and review operations. Those are strategy and coordination for us, with a specialist doing the delivery. The distinction is published on every relevant page on this site rather than buried in a scope document, because the alternative is you finding out in month three.
Are you actually in Toronto?
Yes, and the work is remote. We are based in Toronto, Ontario, and we deliberately do not publish a street address or a phone number, because a Google Business Profile needs a real verifiable address and an invented one is a citation-consistency failure that is expensive to unwind. Given that entity and citation consistency is a service we sell, it would be an odd thing to get wrong on our own site.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The retainer is month to month. There is no annual lock and no cancellation fee. That said, the search and AI half of the work does not produce much in 30 days, and anyone signing up expecting it to will be disappointed on schedule. Three to six months is the honest window for organic, while paid and email move faster.
