Google Ads agency

Flat fee, no percentage of spend, accounts in your name, and the same team watching your organic positions so paid stops buying clicks you already had.

Two things quietly decide whether a paid search engagement is worth what you pay for it, and neither is the ad copy. The first is whether the agency is paid more when you spend more. The second is whether anyone running the account can see which terms you already rank first for.

We charge a flat monthly fee that does not move with your budget, and the team running the ads is the team that owns your organic, so campaigns stop bidding against your own listings. The platforms bill you for media directly. Your accounts stay in your name.

There is a real catch, and it is better stated at the top than discovered later: we do not sell Google Ads on its own. It runs inside the $1,999 CAD a month retainer alongside search, AI visibility, social and email. If a standalone paid engagement is what you want, we are the wrong shop and the rest of this page explains why.

At a glance

Flat fee, not a cut of spend

The management fee is the same whether you spend $3,000 or $30,000 a month. A percentage-of-spend agency is paid more for spending more of your money, which is a strange incentive to build a relationship on.

Paid can see organic

The same team holds your Search Console. Terms where you already sit at position 1 get pulled from the bidding rather than bought twice, which is the single most common waste in a split-vendor setup.

Your account, your data

Ads, Analytics and Merchant Center stay in your name with us added as users. If we part ways you keep every conversion, every audience and every year of history. Nothing is rebuilt from zero.

Meta and remarketing in the same plan

Paid search, paid social and remarketing are run together off one strategy, so the retargeting pool is not being filled by one agency and spent by another.

How the fee works, and why it is structured this way

Flat monthly management fee, billed by us. Media billed to you, by Google and Meta, on your own cards. No markup on spend, no percentage, no rebate arrangement with any platform.

The percentage model is the industry default and it is worth understanding what it does. At 15% of spend, every recommendation to increase budget is also a recommendation to increase the agency's revenue, and every recommendation to pause a channel costs the agency money. Most agencies handle that tension honestly. The point is that a flat fee removes the tension instead of asking you to trust that it is being managed.

It also means the fee is only sensible above a certain spend, and we will tell you on the call if your budget is small enough that management costs more than it can return. That is a conversation we would rather have before an invoice than after three.

What running the account actually involves

Search terms and negatives reviewed continuously, because the gap between the keyword you bought and the query that triggered it is where most budget leaks. Conversion tracking verified against something real, not against a form-load event that fires whether or not anyone submitted. Landing page and offer feedback, given honestly, including when the answer is that the page is the problem and no bid adjustment will fix it.

Campaign structure kept simple enough that a human can still reason about it. Google's automation now handles a great deal of the bidding, which has moved the work upstream into targeting, feeds, creative and measurement quality. An agency selling you manual bid management in 2026 is selling a service the platform took back.

Reporting weekly, alongside the organic numbers rather than in a separate deck. Paid and organic performance on one page is what lets you see cannibalisation instead of celebrating it twice.

Why we will not sell this on its own

The reason paid is worth having here is the overlap with everything else: organic positions informing what you bid on, entity and messaging work shared across channels, the remarketing pool built by content you already publish. Sold standalone, all of that disappears and you are buying a generalist account manager. A dedicated paid shop, spending every hour of every day inside Google Ads, would beat us at that.

So the honest recommendation splits two ways. If paid search is the overwhelming majority of your acquisition and you have the volume to justify a specialist, hire a specialist. If paid is one of several channels and the coordination between them is where your money is leaking, that is the problem this retainer is built for.

We would rather lose the standalone engagement than take it and underdeliver against a firm that only does this.

What we have not published yet

There is no paid media case study on this site. All four published case studies are search and AI engagements, with the client's own Search Console figures and the source period stated.

Paid, social and lifecycle run for current clients across the retainer. None of it is published or client-verified yet, and no return figures, spend numbers or account results appear anywhere on this site, because putting up numbers nobody outside the engagement can check is how this industry got its reputation.

That is a genuine gap and you should weigh it. If a verified paid track record is your deciding criterion, ask for one, from us and from everybody else on your list, and notice who produces a client you can actually phone.

Frequently asked

Google Ads agency: common questions

Can I hire you for Google Ads only?

No. Google Ads, Meta and remarketing run inside the $1,999 CAD monthly retainer alongside search, AI visibility, social and email. There is no standalone paid package, and we would rather say that plainly than take the engagement and be beaten by a firm that does nothing else. If paid search is the bulk of your acquisition, a specialist agency is the better hire and we will say so on the call.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. The management fee is flat and does not move with your budget, and there is no markup on media. Google and Meta bill you directly on your own payment methods. We hold no rebate or commission arrangement with any advertising platform, which is worth asking every agency you speak to.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Ads, Analytics and Merchant Center are created in your name or stay in it, with us added as users. If the relationship ends you keep the conversion history, the audience lists and the campaign structure. An agency that runs your ads inside its own MCC account and hands you a spreadsheet on the way out is holding your data as leverage.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

We do not set one, but the arithmetic sets a practical floor. A flat management fee has to be a sensible fraction of total programme cost, and below a certain budget the fee dominates and paid search stops being the right channel for you at all. We will run that number with you before you commit rather than after.

Do you run Meta and remarketing as well?

Yes, both in-house, on the same retainer and the same strategy. Splitting paid search and paid social across two vendors usually means one is filling a remarketing pool the other is spending, with neither able to see the whole path. Social content and organic social are also run here, so the creative feeding paid is not commissioned separately.

Do you have paid media case studies?

Not yet. Every published case study on this site is a search and AI engagement. Paid runs for current clients, but nothing is client-verified for publication, and we are not going to describe an account we cannot let you check. When there is one worth publishing it will go up with the source figures, like the search ones did.
