Six steps, in order.
The sequence matters more than any single tactic in it. The first two steps establish what is actually true — how your market asks its questions, and what the engines say back today. The next two turn that into a thesis and the infrastructure to support it. The last two are the loop that compounds, and they do not stop.
Nothing here is gated behind a discovery call. If you want to know what a step produces before you talk to us, it is written below.

Discovery
We map how your market actually searches, and where the models look first.
Every engagement starts with a clear-eyed map of reality: how your market actually asks its questions, what the engines currently answer, and where your brand stands in those answers today.
Discovery gives you and us an honest baseline. No strategy is worth anything until we know exactly where the gaps and the openings are.
- Market & query mapping
- The real questions your buyers bring to search boxes and assistants.
- Visibility baseline
- Whether each engine names you today, how it describes you, and who it names instead.
- Opportunity sizing
- Where the fastest, most durable gains are hiding.

Research
Entity gaps, citation sources, and the questions your buyers ask machines.
Discovery tells us where you stand; research tells us why. We dig into the entity gaps, the sources engines trust, and the precise prompts that decide whether you're cited.
This is the evidence layer: the unglamorous digging that makes every later decision grounded instead of guessed.
- Entity gap analysis
- Where engines are unsure who you are, or have you wrong.
- Citation sourcing
- The references and sources models corroborate against in your space.
- Prompt research
- The exact questions and follow-ups that surface or bury you.

Strategy
A visibility thesis: the territory to own and the proof to earn it.
Strategy turns evidence into a thesis: the specific territory you can credibly own, the signals that will earn it, and the sequence that gets there fastest.
It's a plan with priorities, not a wish list. Every move is tied to a reason and a measurable outcome.
- Visibility thesis
- The territory you can own and why it's defensible.
- Signal plan
- The entities, content and citations that will earn that territory.
- Roadmap
- A prioritized sequence with milestones you can hold us to.

Architecture
Schema, entities, and a knowledge graph engineered for machine trust.
With the thesis set, we build the foundation: a structured identity engines can resolve and trust: entities, schema, and the relationships that bind them into a coherent knowledge graph.
Architecture is where strategy becomes infrastructure. Get it right and everything downstream compounds.
- Entity & schema
- Your brand, people and products defined as machine-readable entities.
- Knowledge graph
- The relationships that place you correctly in engines' map of the world.
- Technical base
- Crawlability, rendering and performance so nothing blocks the work.

Execution
Content, technical work, and authority signals shipped in tight loops.
Execution is where most engagements stall. It's where we move fastest. Content, technical fixes, and authority signals ship in tight, measurable loops rather than one big reveal.
Each loop is instrumented, so we learn what's moving your visibility and double down on it.
- Content & sources
- Quotable, corroborated material engineered to be cited.
- Technical delivery
- The rendering, schema and performance work that makes it reachable.
- Authority building
- Off-site mentions and citations across the sources models trust.

Growth
We compound. Monitoring AI surfaces and pushing share of voice every week.
Visibility isn't a launch; it's a rhythm. We monitor how every engine answers your questions and push your share of voice week after week.
Growth is the compounding phase: small, consistent gains that accumulate into a presence competitors can't easily dislodge.
- Continuous monitoring
- How each engine names you, tracked on a schedule.
- Share-of-voice gains
- A weekly plan to outpace competitors in the answers that matter.
- Compounding reporting
- Plain-language reports tied to the next set of actions.
The six steps are the sequence. These are the work
Working through the process
How long does the process take end to end?
Discovery and research run in the first few weeks, strategy and architecture in the weeks after that. Execution and growth do not end — they are the recurring loop the retainer buys. The first four steps are front-loaded work; the last two are the rhythm that follows.
Can we start partway through if we already have an audit?
Sometimes. We still run our own visibility baseline, because an audit that measured classical rankings usually never checked whether the engines name you at all, and that gap is the thing the later steps are built to close. Where an existing audit is solid, discovery gets shorter rather than skipped.
What do we get at the end of each step?
A deliverable, not a status update: the query map and visibility baseline from discovery, the entity and citation findings from research, the thesis and roadmap from strategy, the shipped schema and technical base from architecture, and the weekly loop of content, fixes and reporting from execution and growth.
Who does the work?
LumiRank executes every discipline on the services page directly — the five search and AI disciplines plus paid media, social and lifecycle. Where a step touches a channel we set strategy for but do not run — paid media, digital PR, social — we say so rather than presenting it as delivery.
Step one is the audit
You get the prompt panel and the entity findings whether or not the engagement continues.
